RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Nina Del Sol, each package is prepared and shipped with care. If for one reason or another, your order does not give you complete satisfaction, you have a right to withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of your article.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To return your order, you must :
- Contact customer service via our ~Contact Form~ to request a return indicating the order number.
If the return is possible, you will receive a return ticket by email. You will then have 7 days to return your item. If your item has not been returned within this time, the return will be cancelled.
Once your return has been received, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and validation of the refund.
CONDITIONS OF REFUNDS
- The product must be in its original condition with its original packaging.
- The original label must still be attached to the article. It must not have been worn, stained or cleaned.
- The accessories must be in their original condition, in their original packaging and with their label. They must not have been used.
CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE
Exchanges can only be made to change size. If you want another colour for your item, please return the product and make a new purchase. Exchanged items must have the same product number, and your exchange must be returned in accordance with our return conditions.
To exchange your order, you must :
- Define the size you want and check if it is available on the site.
- Contact customer service via our ~Contact Form~ to request an exchange indicating the order number.
If it is possible to exchange your order, you will receive an exchange ticket by email. You will then have 7 days to return your item. If your item has not been returned within this time, the exchange will be cancelled and your item will be returned to you by standard mail.
Once your exchange has been received, we will send you the replacement item (s) free of charge using our standard shipping service. You will receive an email to confirm the shipment and your tracking number.
Return costs for an exchange or a refund are the responsibility of the customer.
CONDITION OF CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
Only orders that have not been dealt with by our delivery service can be canceled.
To cancel your order you must :
- Contact customer service via our Contact Form to request a return indicating the order number.
If it is possible to cancel your order an email will be sent with a cancellation and refund ticket.
The reimbursement of payments will be made within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the item to be refunded. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original transaction unless requested otherwise.
